A Fall September Mountain Wedding in Silverthorne, Colorado

Morgan and Michael timed their September mountain wedding perfectly. The aspens were a gorgeous gold. There was a light dusting of snow on the peaks behind them. It was a perfect day celebrating their love at a private residence in Silverthorne. Guests were in awe over the mountain views while celebrating the ones they live.

Michael and Morgan decided to meet blindfolded right before they walked down the aisle. The big reveal came with a wave of emotions and made for an incredible photo opportunity.

Their subdued color palette of burgundy, navy, and jewel tones was offset by a steel blue and brushed gold cake. Expertly crafted burgundy sugar flowers accented the cake for an extra special touch. This design was perfect for their intimate mountain wedding.

Every detail of the day was accentuated and made for a memorable September mountain wedding. Our vendors went above and beyond to make it that way!

The couple are huge foodies and had fun playing a game with their guests. On the invitation, guests were given the choice of beef, chicken, or Chef’s Choice. Many selected the surprise Chef’s Choice option and were rewarded with a delectable Honey Lavender Glazed Duck Breast.
